I don't really know what there is to do or see in New York - I only went there once, it was a one-day passing-through flying visit, and what I mostly remember is the humidity - but, whatever you end up doing, I hope you enjoy it, and look forward to hearing about it.

Yup, humidity; I'll just have to deal. I plan to post updates here, too; people like you who are such good posters inspire me!
