Wallpapers for a challenge at tv_universe

Great challenge idea: to do some form of fanworks inspired by five words at this most cool tumblr site, Otherworldly. I had so many ideas, but ... ran out of time, so thought I'd try my hand at doing non-sucky wallpapers, thanks to awesome advice from partitioning. Can't say I was entirely successful at all, since I see a lot of problems with these, but I think I'll keep working at it.

All Firefly, by the way. I really wanted to do one using this word, with a picture of Browncoats, but I couldn't quite get to it.

Thanks so much. This was an awesome challenge--I was so scattered thinking about what I wanted to do, that's why I ended up running out of time!
