Chaos — Sudden change — Impact — Hard times — Crisis — Revelation — Disruption — Realizing the truth — Disillusion — Crash — Burst — Uncomfortable experience — Downfall — Ruin — Ego blow — Explosive transformation." Okay, so it's rather literal, but this is what I thought of.
