[blue sunflower] low light - so big eyes/pupils

[blue sunflower] if it's got low light then not much photosynthesis

[blue sunflower] so the world isn't going to have tall plants

[blue sunflower] mostly groundcover

[blue sunflower] if low light, then probably far from light source, so colder environment

[blue sunflower] so i'm guessing plants would be yearlong, like ferns and not periennials

[blue sunflower] cuz probably not much of seasons

[blue sunflower] tundra like land maybe?

[blue sunflower] i don't think the alien would be that big

[blue sunflower] take too much energy and food to keep alive

[cko] stand on two legs or more like a bear?

[blue sunflower] i'm partial to 4 legs

[blue sunflower] but am trying to justify 2

[blue sunflower] but honestly, i think 4

[blue sunflower] for chewing the plants

[blue sunflower] and stuff

[cko] what? legs for chewing?

[blue sunflower] oh i mean like grabbing arms, yanno

[blue sunflower] yeah wouldn't need to be tall since the food source isnt too high

[blue sunflower] so not giraffe like

[blue sunflower] i think small myself

[blue sunflower] ears would need to be big to hear better

[blue sunflower] hear long distances

[cko] can they talk and stuff?

[blue sunflower] they'd have to make noise, wouldn't they?

[blue sunflower] they'd most likely live in dens

[blue sunflower] i'm not thinking sentient, i'm thinking with environment they'd just be survival

[blue sunflower] something covering them, they wouldn't just sleep on the ground, like horses

[blue sunflower] ...unless you *want* them to be sentient....

[cko] the one that eats dark matter or whatever

[blue sunflower] whatever environment it's in the color of the fur would mimic

[blue sunflower] so if we draw it in icy area, then whitish but if more landish area, then brownish

[blue sunflower] k do we have enough?

[blue sunflower] we have to name it???

[blue sunflower] that's the hardest part!

[blue sunflower] i just keep thinking of my cat

[blue sunflower] so how bout the quillzilla?

[cko] there's a whole sci fi series with a race of intelligent cats

[blue sunflowers] much much smaller though

[cko] well what are you thinking like?

[cko] like the size of a cat?

[cko] tho cold weather wouldn't have large ears tho

[blue sunflowers] so they'd probably travel together then

[blue sunflowers] i guess it *could* store up fat

[blue sunflowers] i was thinking thin

[blue sunflowers] but storing fat probably works better

[cko] well we cold make it warm wether

[cko] then you could have yr thin, and big ears

[blue sunflowers] sharp nose to smell food out

[cko] kinda like wile E coyote
